Upcoming meetings include:

Looking for something to do this weekend? Here in central Vermont:

The Blackfly Festival in Adamant will be a COVID-friendly celebration with lawns, homes, & porches having displays that you can enjoy from your car from Martin Road, along Haggett Road and up Center Road a bit.  Expect the displays to be up from noon Friday through 5pm Sunday.  On Saturday between 11am & 2pm there will be a bake sale and local musicians (I think by the Adamant Co-op)

Saturday, June 5th – Gunner Brook Fishing Derby for kids, registration 8-9am, contest 9-11am, sponsored by the Barre Fish & Game Club, Inc.

Saturday, June 5th – Capital City Grange will hold a potluck dinner at 6pm.  The grange is located at 6612 Vt Rte 12 in Berlin, near the highway overpass. Bring your favorite dish to share, the plan is to eat on the side porch.

Sunday June 6th Dave Keller will perform a drive-in concert at Lotus Lake Camp on Route 14, just two miles beyond the village of Williamstown.  $10 per person (cash or checks) and be sure to bring a camp chair and if you’d like, a picnic.  Come a little early, the music starts at 5pm.

Berlin has some wonderful farm stands for you to stop at, restaurants to eat at or get take-out from, and local businesses… all would greatly appreciate your business. More on local food at:  http://www.berlinvt.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/BERLIN-LOCAL-FOODS-LISTING-January-2021.pdf?fbclid=IwAR04__klJ1wFzjVsd-20JRY5fGEJnF_5j2pL7xk5ZLxPncENJ0HGAlGyF6I

With the hot temperatures in the forecast, be sure to check on friends, neighbors, & loved ones to be sure they have their fans out or air conditioners in the windows to stay cool!

The next Resource Line update will be Friday, June 11th
