This is to announce the publishing of the first DisasterLAN Users Newsletter, Issue #1.
This newsletter is specifically addresses topics relating to DisasterLAN.
This month’s newsletter will provide a section on “What’s New in DisasterLAN”, followed by a section on upcoming “DisasterLAN Training”. Other topics which will be found in subsequent issues will include the “DisasterLAN Technology Corner” and “DisasterLAN’s GIS Mapping Corner”. The last section will include contact names and phone numbers in the event you have a question.
The Berlin Emergency Management Team has started an email group to better keep you informed on emergency situations and dangers facing the town. To join this list click on http://groups.google.com/group/berlin-emergency-management/ and click on “Join this group” in the right hand column.

The Webmaster is continually looking for new pictures
taken in Berlin. If you have some you think others would
like to see we will add them either on the home page or in
the Berlin Photo Directory. We are trying to keep the home page
picture seasonal if possible. Historical Pictures are also
welcome. Following their use on this page they will be added
to the Berlin Photo Gallery.
