Berlin Pond on a Frosty Morning in early November 2010
Old Stewart Farm Field on Irish Hill below recently mowed which is part of
the Wildlife Habitat Incentive Program. This is the site
of the Leon Stewart house which was the first frame house to be
built in Berlin. The cellar hole is still there.

Hockey backboards are up and ready for
the winter thanks to many hardworking volunteers.

Final Work on Granger Road Sewer Project to eliminate pumping
stations on the Plateau. Balance of work is to
do the final paving patching and landscaping. This project is
under the control of the Berlin Sewer Commission.

This Solar project entails the
construction of a Solar PV system consisting of a fixed,
ground-mounted array of solar panels, made up of 952 modules
on approximately one acre of Green Mountain Power's land, located
off dog River Road in Berlin. At full output, the solar array will
produce enough power to serve 100 average homes.

Construction continues July 26, 2010 on Granger Road to
eliminate the last sewer pumping
station on the Berlin Plateau. Looking towards the Burlington
Foreign Auto Parts Bldg
where the pump station is located.

Construction is begins on a Gravity Sewer on Granger Road on
July 14, 2010
to eliminate the last sewer pumping station on the Berlin
Plateau.

Paving Project on Paine Turnpike at the end of
week two on May 28. They are paving the section from Berlin Corner
to Hwy 62 with the second and final coat.

well beyond the intersection with Fisher Road.
